Kind Goods is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. Kind Goods has been awarded licensing to operate three dispensaries. We aim to provide the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region.

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will assist in direct oversight of all day-to-day operations of the dispensary. This individual will assist to manage and ensure the comprehensive and timely training and development of all employees. The ASM will also assist to maintain facility compliance and security, create and employ policies, procedures, and employee schedules, and oversee all purchasing and inventory management activities. The ASM will be expected to assist management, account for, and report on all facility inventory in a compliant fashion from receipt to sale. This individual will be expected to interface with owners, staff, law enforcement, vendors, customers, and patients. Their primary function is to facilitate the operations of management tasks and procedures inside the dispensary.
Requirements
● Must be 21 years of age or older
● Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience.
● Minimum of 2 years of Personnel Management experience.
● Minimum of 2 years of Inventory Management experience.
● Minimum of 2 years of POS experience.
● Excellent typing skills, minimum of 40 WPM.
● Possess a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). College graduates are preferred.
● Must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications
● Strong problem-solving and communications skills.
● Working knowledge of the cannabis industry and the associated federal, state, and local municipal laws and regulations.
● Excellent Word, Excel, organizational, and clerical skills.
● Able to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work with a diverse clientele and staff.
● Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player.
● Qualified applicants have an aptitude for comprehending compliance and the ability to adhere to a regulatory framework.
● Follow the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in accordance with the company's mission, vision, goals, and objective.
● Must be detail-oriented and organized.
● Must be proficient with counting and simple arithmetic

Duties and Expectations
● Stay current and adhere to all federal, MED, city and county regulations.
● Manage and maintain facility records.
● Manage and oversee all dispensary staff.
● Train, coach, and encourage staff in entry level departments.
● Handle operations and sales.
● Maintain and enforce dispensary policies and uphold standards.
● Facilitate compliance audits regularly.
● Stay current and adhere to all federal, MED, city and county regulations with regard to inventory management and METRC reporting.
● Manage and maintain all facility inventory in a compliant fashion.
● Manage inventory levels and facilitate product purchasing.
● Compliantly receive product transfers.
● Conduct regular physical inventory audits and report accordingly in METRC.
● Problem-solve to determine how specific items were not tracked correctly, fix the issue, and ensure that the incident is isolated.
● Ensure that all products are being stored and handled in sanitary conditions.
● Compliantly track, dispose of, and report all marijuana waste to the state.
● All other duties as assigned.
